M-torQ Declutchable gearboxes have a system to disengage (declutch) the drive connection between the actuator and valve allowing hand wheel operation of the valve and actuator assembly.
M-torQ can offer gearboxes in Cast Iron, AL housing and SGI as per customers need. These are also available in single and double reduction versions. They can be mounted in most convenient manner. And more suitable where space is at premium.
Ground profile of worm and worm wheel with proper lubrication and correct methods of assembling, ensure high efficiencies during working conditions. Generally M-torQ gear boxes are either oil or grease Lubricated. If the selection and mounting of the gear box/geared motor is proper then only maintenance work that is to be performed is of topping the oil/grease at predetermined interval. Gearboxes can be offered in various mounting configuration which makes it versatile for any kind of application.
These MTGAT units are our smallest in the M-torQ range with an output torque rating of ……Nm, however for larger applications our range covers output torques up to 35000 Nm.
